Team conversation, people, projects and invoicing — four products that hand work to each other. A project gets its zone, tracked hours become invoice lines, an approved claim reaches the books.
14-day trial; your card is charged only when it ends. The live demo needs no account at all.

The board, and a ticket

Drag a ticket into progress, then open it: owner, points, and the time tracked against it.Sample data, recorded in the ProjEase demo sandbox · 12s · no soundWhat happens in this demo
On the Apex Mobile Banking board, a ticket is dragged from To Do into In Progress and the column’s point total moves with it. A ticket is then opened: its description and acceptance criteria, its status, assignee, priority, sprint, due date and story points, its checklist and its comments — and, under Time tracked, thirteen hours logged by one person, with a link through to the time it was tracked in.
See it work
11 demos of the real thing. No mock-ups, no stock screens.
Every one of these was recorded by driving the running product with a pointer, in the products’ own light theme, inside the public demo sandbox. The caption changes as the action does.
Your turn
Take a project to a paid invoice yourself. About thirty seconds.
Seven real screens, and one thing to click on each. It crosses three products and never asks you for anything. When you reach the end, the same thing is waiting in the live demo with your own data in it.
Workflows
The work that crosses tools is where the day goes. Watch it not happen.
Five everyday stories, each passing through more than one product. Pick one; it plays step by step, and every step is a real link in the product today, with the demo of that step beside it.
Or open all four with sample data in them: try the live demo. No account, no card.
Built for teams like yours
Find your team, or your job, and see what it changes.
These are use cases, not endorsements: for each kind of team and each role, the two or three workflows that matter most and the products that carry them.
Agency or studio
You sell hours on client projects, so the distance between a tracked hour and a sent invoice is your margin.
A company that wants team messaging, HR, project management and invoicing usually buys four tools from four vendors. Put in your team size and see what a year of each costs, at today’s published prices.

We compare each vendor’s lowest paid plan that a team of 10 to 50 would hold, and name the plan.
Invoicing tools charge per organisation, not per person, so they are counted once, with no extra seats added. That favours them, and it is how most teams use them.
These tools do things ours do not, and the reverse. This compares price, not features.
Left out because no price could be read from the vendor’s own page that day: Jira, Zoho People, monday.com, Microsoft Teams. We do not estimate.
Pricing

Paying yearly costs less on every plan: $24.00 less per person a year on Pro.

Move to Pro in one step; your data stays where it is
Yes. Any one of Colloza, OrgEntity, Plagenda or Bookuracy is $2.49 per user per month billed yearly ($3.49 paying monthly), and you can add another at the same price whenever you like. Two products singly cost less than Pro, three come to about the same ($7.47), and all four singly would be $9.96, so Pro at $7.99 is 20% less once you want everything.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days on the plan you picked. A card is saved at sign-up, entered on the ProjEase page itself and stored with Stripe, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. You can end the trial early, change the card or cancel from the Hub’s Billing screen at any time.
What are the limits?
Single Module and Pro cover up to 200 people. Storage is included and grows with your team: 25 GB for up to 50 people, 50 GB up to 99, 100 GB up to 199 and 200 GB up to 299. Past that, Enterprise has no limit on people, includes 350 GB with more on request, and is priced with our sales team.
Does Bookuracy replace my accounting software?
Not today. Bookuracy handles estimates, invoices, payments, expenses, bills and the reports on them. It does not connect to your bank, reconcile statements, run payroll or keep a general ledger in this release, so your accountant’s system stays where it is.
Is there AI in it?
No language model is involved anywhere. The Hub’s Insights are twelve plain rules run over your live data, and each finding says how it was worked out.
How is my account protected?
Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app and single-use backup codes, roles that decide what each person can open, and an audit log written in plain sentences with the device and browser. End-to-end encryption is not offered, and we hold no third-party security certification today.
Which languages does it come in?
English, at launch.
Can I bring my existing data?
Colloza imports a Slack export. Plagenda imports CSV, Excel and JSON files, including exports from Jira, Trello and Asana. Bookuracy imports vendors from CSV.
How did you choose the competitor prices?
Each one is the vendor’s own list price, read from its public pricing page on the date shown beside the comparison, for the lowest paid plan a team of 10 to 50 would hold. Introductory discounts are ignored, and a vendor whose price we could not read from its own page is left out rather than estimated.
Can one email own more than one company account?
Yes. Each Hub is its own account with its own subscription, and you switch between them from the Hub switcher in any product.
Set your company up this afternoon.
Sign-up asks for your company, the plan, and who to invite, then builds the account: first zones, first project, leave types, currency. You have 14 days before anything is charged.
